Every great brand begins with a story — and LADA’s began in Sandra Harris’s kitchen in 2015. What started as simple curiosity and a love for pure, natural ingredients soon became a calling. Encouraged by her daughter to pursue formal training, Sandra attended the Aveda Institute in Tucson, Arizona, graduating Salutatorian with a deep respect for the connection between science, nature, and the skin.

After graduation, she moved to Ada, Oklahoma, where she opened her first esthetics studio and began seeing facial clients full-time. LADA skincare was placed on hold while Sandra focused on mastering her craft and caring for her growing clientele. But around 2019, everything shifted. As Sandra entered perimenopause, she began experiencing symptoms that went far beyond the usual hormonal challenges — chronic fatigue, migraines, and unexpected irritability. After years of working hands-on as an esthetician, she made a startling realization: the “top-shelf” professional skincare she had been using daily — products rich in parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, and chemical stabilizers — were never designed for professionals applying them dozens of times a day.

While those ingredients are considered “safe” for occasional home use, repeated exposure can disrupt the body’s delicate endocrine system. For estheticians like Sandra — immersed in these products every day — the hormonal impact was real and profound. That realization reignited her purpose.

Drawing on her background in holistic skincare and her own health journey, Sandra began formulating hormone-safe, high-performance skincare made with integrity, transparency, and compassion. LADA became her way of helping other women feel beautiful, balanced, and supported through every stage of life — from perimenopause and menopause to the radiant years beyond.

Today, Sandra continues her mission from her holistic skincare studio in Las Cruces, New Mexico, offering personalized treatments, collagen biostimulator treatments, and LADA’s clean, consciously formulated skincare line. When she’s not in the studio, you can find her surrounded by family — her son Joseph and daughter-in-law Kaylei with grandsons Logan and Hudson in Ada, Oklahoma; her daughter Felicia and grandson Akasha in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; or at home with her endlessly supportive partner, Gino, and their dogs, Lily and Cleopatra.
